NATO regrets the incident on the contact line between the Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces, Gunther Bretschneider, Head of the Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre (EADRCC), stated in Yerevan.

According to him, he is informed of the developments on the contact line. NATO is keeping track of the developments, RFE/RL reports, quoting Bretschneider.

On June 18, an Azeri task force intruded into the Nagorno-Karabakh territory. An resultant encounter killed four Armenian soldiers, leaving four injured. The Azeri task force retreated, leaving one dead.
