STEPANAKERT. – The Prime Minister of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh), Ara Harutyunyan, on Friday received a delegation led by the Minister of Agriculture of Armenia, Sergo Karapetyan.
The Premier underscored the need to have regular contacts and hold consultations, informed the Information and Public Relations Department of the NKR Government Staff. Harutyunyan also expressed satisfaction with the present-day level of cooperation, and highly praised Minister Karapetyan’s contribution in the agricultural development in Artsakh.
Subsequently, the parties discussed the avenues for further cooperation in several agricultural domains. They also exchanged views on the current matters with respect to food safety in the two Armenian republics. In addition, they reached agreements on the ongoing joint action to raise the meat safety level.
