Epidemy of H1N1 (swine flu) made Turkish authorities to tighten the procedure of entering the country. Hereafter all tourists crossing the Turkish border should submit dated return ticket or proof of their return to home country, as well as the detail itinerary around Turkey.

At that, Turkish Ministry of Health also enforced new rules, saying that al passengers arriving to Turkey have to fill in the “Public Health Passenger Locator Card” form. It requires information of health state and residence details in the country.

This enables doctors to indicate the location of the tourist in case he is diseased, including those associating with him.
