On August 17, 2009 a powerful explosion occurred in Nazran, Ingushetia. At least 11 people are killed and 15 injured, Press Service of Internal Affairs Ministry of Ingushetia informed Ria Novosti.
The attacker was reported to collide his vehicle with the gates of the police when officers were reporting for inspection.
