Turkish citizens, detained on the border of Georgia on August 15, paid a fine of 2,000 lari ($1.100) and were released.
Batumi City Court imposed a fine of 2,000 lari on each of them for an attempt to illegally cross the Georgian state border. The citizens were arrested on the sixth border sector on August 15, Georgian Frontier Service informed NEWS.am.
