USAID jointly with the Eurasia Partnership foundation elaborated certain document containing information on persons, organizations and agencies activities of which are somehow related to the Armenian-Turkish relations. According to some information, the database was created by Turkish and Armenian experts. However, the objective is yet unclear. It is also unclear whether the document will be available for public.
