During autumn session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Azerbaijan will express its discontent with the recent military agreement signed between Russia and Armenia.

Russia will be accused of arming “country-invader” that is Armenia, the head of Azerbaijani delegation to OSCE PA, Vice-Speaker Bahar Muradova told the website of ruling Yeni Azerbaijan party.

The Azerbaijani side intends to express concern over serious forecasts regarding protraction of the Karabakh conflict amid increasing Russian army in the Caucasus and possible expansion of its influence, she said.

In August Russia and Armenia signed a protocol prolonging deployment of Russian military base in Armenia until 2044. According to amendments, Russia will also ensure Armenia’s security.
