Turkish Former Prime Minister Necmettin Erbakan commented on the recent developments in Kurdish issue normalization. He called the process Israeli game and stated that Israel wishes to make Turkey one of its regions.

Necmettin Erbakan spoke with journalists after Friday prayer. He severely criticized the ruling “Justice and Development” party leaders, in addition to Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The former premier accused them of being incompetent in political administration and named them “childish”. He warned Turkish people beware of being involved in the foreign political “games” and be watchful. Besides, he called the Government not to be a mere toy in foreigners’ hands.

In 1995 Necmettin Erbakan received the majority of votes during 1995 Parliamentary elections and headed the coalition in 1996. However, his extreme Islamic views led to his dismissal in 1997. In 1998 Constitutional Court of Turkey dissolved his ‘Refah’ party and banned Erbakan from being engaged in politics. Gul and Erdogan were also ‘Refah’ party members, quitting it in 2001 to form a “Justice and Development” party, NEWS.am informs.
