make preferableOn September 5, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby arrived on a 3-day visit to Azerbaijan.
He will discuss the situation in Azerbaijan and South Caucasus, as well as the November 7 parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, Office of the European Union Special Representative reports.
The EU Special Representative will hold regular consultations with the Azerbaijani authorities and meet the representatives of Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh community, political parties and members of civic society. The visit will focus on latest developments in Azerbaijan and South Caucasus region and upcoming parliamentary elections, the office says.
