RA Vice-Premier and Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan held a meeting September 15 with RF Ambassador to Armenia Vyacheslav Kovalenko. Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo office in Armenia Victor Krivopuskov attended the meeting.

The press service of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration informed NEWS.am that the sides discussed cooperation between Russian and Armenian regions in the context of Minister Gevorgyan’s forthcoming visit to Russia.

The side also discussed the possibility of holding a conference of the heads of Russian regions in Armenia in the first quarter of next year. The conference is to discuss establishment and development of cooperation between the two countries’ regions.
