The Armenian side is not ready for the resumption of a war in the Karabakh conflict zone, Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, ARFD member Armen Rustamyan told NEWS.am.

Rustamyan did not rule out the resumption of hostilities, taking into account the frequent ceasefire violations in the line of contact. “The war resumption should never be ruled out in the Karabakh conflict zone. However, if you want peace, prepare for a war. Today the Armenian side is not ready for it. If we were prepared for a war, such attacks on the frontline would not have been carried out.  They proved our security guarantees are not firm,” Rustamyan stressed.
