Turkish Foreign Mistier Ahmet Davutoglu plans to meet with his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian on the sidelines of the 65th session of the UN General Assembly.
After freezing of Armenia-Turkey Protocols, the relations remain strained, overshadowing the documents, Turkishny website reports.
The meeting with Nalbandian is not on Davutoglu’s agenda. However, a source at the Foreign Ministry says, the ministers may hold a brief meeting.
