Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree appointing Gagik Ghalachyan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Greece with concurrent accreditation to Serbia (residence-Athens).
Under another presidential decree, Armenian Embassies were established in Japan and the Netherlands, the RA Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.
