Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasian Affairs Philip Gordon and other high ranking officials on the sidelines of the 65th session of the UN General Assembly.
Nalbandian and Gordon discussed further development of Armenia-U.S. partner relations and had an in-depth discussion on the Karabakh peace process, RA Foreign Ministry press service informed NEWS.am.
Armenian FM also met with Canadian Foreign Minister Lawrence Cannon in the UN headquarters in New York. The ministers attached significance to the mutual contacts and visits and referred to the implementation of the agreements, reached during the Armenian FM’s visit to Canada in May. Edward Nalbandian presented the recent developments in the Karabakh peace process to his Canadian counterpart.
