As it is known, French Ambassador to Armenia Serge Smessow will soon complete his diplomatic mission and leave Armenia. According to the information at the Zhamanak daily’s disposal, Smessow will replace Bernard Fassier as a French OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair.
