On September 27, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev left for an official visit to Uzbekistan.
He was seen off by country’s Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, the head of the presidential administration Ramiz Mehtiyev and the Mayor of Baku Hajibala Abutalybov, Azerbaijani state TV reported.
