On September 27, 2009 a referendum on uniting Tandzut and Tsitsernavank villages will be held in Karabakh. The offer was presented to NKR Government by Kashatakh region administration.
The necessity of referendum arose after no candidate was proposed for the head of Tandzut community.
Under NKR legislation the referendum is considered completed if wins half majority of votes, while the number should not be less than 1/3 of those included in electoral roll.
