On October 5, Armenian first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan and EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby had a telephone conversation. The conversation was held on the initiative of the EU official.
The sides specified a number of issues, discussed at the previous meeting, the press service of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) informed NEWS.am.
