Police arrested Azerbaijani refugee who provoked July 6 mass unrest between refugees and local residents, the official data says. As a result of scuffle, several people were seriously injured, four former citizens of Aghdam and five residents of Terter were arrested.

Arrested Adalet Atayev was detained by law enforcers in a settlement near Garagaji village. The villagers tried to organize a protest action but the policemen prevented their attempt to block the road.
