On October 8, NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree, approving the list of members of the working group set up to carry out reforms in legal sector of Nagorno-Karabakh and elaborate necessary legislative package:

Marat Musaelyan, head of the NKR presidential staff (head of the working group)

Seyran Amiryan, chairman of the NKR Republic Court of First Instance

Mher Arstamyan, director of the “Artsakh Republic Laboratory of judicial examinations” NGO

Aramayis Avagyan, chairman of the NKR Supreme Court

Ararat Danielyan, adviser to the NKR President

Armen Isagulov, adviser to the NKR President

Arayik Lazaryan, head of the legal department at the NKR president’s office

Yuri Hayrapetyan, NKR Ombudsman

Vladimir Hovsepyan, chairman of the Appeal Court

Arshavir Gharamyan, NKR attorney general

Narine Narimanyan, NKR Justice Minister

Robert Shaferyan, head of the NKR Police under the Cabinet of Ministers

Gagik Petrosyan, head of the NKR National Assembly Standing Committee on legal issues

Karen Danielyan, deputy minister of justice (secretary of the working group).

Group was set up under president’s decree as of February 1, 2008.
