Turkish city of Samsun, the second court for severe crimes the 46-year-old Orhan and his son Yashar are being prosecuted for forceful captivity and rape of a 39-year old citizen of Georgia.

According to Milliyet, Orhan admitted that he met the victim at the restaurant where he worked as a waiter. "She was in my house on her own will. And I engaged in to sexual relations with her a few times, but for that I paid the required amount. I have not forced her to do anything and therefore insist that I am not guilty, "- said Orhan.

His son also pleaded not guilty, saying that due to his injuries in a car accident, he could not use violence against anyone. After the speeches the hearing was postponed.

A 39-year-old citizen of Georgia went to the police and confessed that she arrived in Samsun to work and met Orhan, who worked as a waiter. According to her, he lured her to his home, beat her, took her $ 1500, regularly raped her and forced her into prostitution.
