Cases of five individuals involved in spying for foreign countries will be sent to the criminal court in Iran. This was stated by the Prosecutor General of Tehran Abbas Jafari-Dolatabadi.
Dovlatabadi did not name the accused. According to him, in the United States recently intensified their espionage activities in Iran, says Iranian news agency IRNA.
Last week the head of the Atomic Energy of Iran, Ali Akbar Salehi accused several employees of the organization of spying for the United States.
