The Aravot daily referred to the problems of refugees, displaced from Azerbaijani Chardakhlu village to Shamkhor region.

“Some of the refugees resided in Noyemberyan region of Tavush Marz and the settlement was named Zorakan. According to the head of Zorakan village Suren Martirosyan, a few years after they were displaced, Azeris began to destroy the village cemetery. Former residents of Chardakhlu, born in Kirovabad and Shamkhor, learnt from Azeris leaving in Russia, the cemetery was completely destroyed. The Azerbaijanis built a monument in memory of their ancestors and relatives, whose graves were destroyed. The museums of Marshal Baghramyan and Babajanyan in Chardakhlu village turned into a “tea-house,” the newspaper writes.
