Azerbaijani citizen, Elfin Jafarov, 26, was brutally killed in the Nisanc district of Istanbul.
Istanbul police has questioned all the witnesses. The eyewitnesses said that several people fired at Azerbaijani, AZE.az reported.
Eight empty cartridges were found at the scene. According to the press, Jafarov worked for one of the transport companies.
