Russia has potential for resolution of different conflicts, including “frozen” ones, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev told a press conference in Deauville, Russia 24 reported.
Certain results in settlement of the conflicts can be achieved, but all the conflicting parties should be interested in resolution, he added.
