On October 26, at 00:30 local time a car accident occurred on Myasnikyan Avenue, near Arkayadzor restaurant complex.

The driver of VAZ 21 exceeded the speed limit, lost control over the car and ran into a road fence, a photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan told NEWS.am.

One passenger was killed, two others were hospitalized. A license of police officer (Arayik Rubik Hayrapetyan) was discovered in the victim’s pocket.

Yerevan Road Police officers are working at the accident site.

The traffic is suspended at this sector of the avenue.
