Zhamanak daily disclosed details on killings of two contract servicemen, 27-year-old Armen Zakaryan and 39-year-old Artur Yenokyan (both are citizens of the Russian Federation) in a department of Russian Border Service, at RF Federal Security Service in Yerevan. The bodies with multiple stab and gunshot wounds were found in one of the restrooms at 09:39 a.m. Oct 23.

According to the information at the daily’s disposal, Military Investigation Department of the RF Investigation Committee is conducting an investigation not to leak information. It became known the investigation is leading to one direction; a crime of passion, murder because of jealousy. According to some sources, one of the victims had a relationship with a married woman. At the moment, the investigators suspect the woman’s husband of the soldiers’ killing,” the daily says.
