The death of Armenian officer in Nubarashen-based special forces military unit in Arzni administrative centre, is true, an employee of Information and PR Department of Armenian Defense Ministry Mushegh Aghekyan told NEWS.am. According to the Aravot daily, an officer died while jumping during the military maneuvers.

“I cannot provide further information,” he said and advised to get information from RA Defense Ministry Investigative Service. However, the service declined to comment on the officer’s death saying, the information is posted on their website.
