According to the Zhamanak daily’s disposal, Deputy Commander of the Nubarashen military unit Armen Baregamyan was arrested on November 4. He had brutally beaten up Armenian soldier Erik Grigoryan for more than an hour for failing to be ready for “reveille.”

The soldier suffered a brain concussion and a fracture of nose and was taken to the military hospital.
