“Armenia-Turkey normalization process came to a  deadlock. The only solution to the problem is display of a political will by Turkish authorities and the ratification Protocols in the parliament without preconditions,” an expert in Turkic studies Rouben Melkonyan stated in an interview with Hayots Ashkharh daily.

According to him, at the moment no political force in Turkey is able to do so.

“There is no alternative to Turkey’s political mentality. In this regard, there is nothing new from the Turkish side,” Melkonyan stressed.
