The European Court of Human Rights has made a judgments regarding another two complaints from Azerbaijan.

One of them was passed based on a complaint by former President of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Eldar Salayev, another – by former Minister for Economic Development Farhad Aliyev, APA reported.

The court held that Article 5 § 1, Article 5 § 3, Article 5 § 4 and Article 6 § 2 of the Convention were violated with respect to Farhad Aliyev.

As to Farhad Aliyev, he will be paid a compensation of € 16,000 for moral damage and € 25,000 for damage to property.
