Armenian-Turkish negotiations have nothing in common with the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, and international community also shares this position, RA Foreign Ministry Press Secretary Tigran Balayan told NEWS.am, commenting on the statement by Novruz Mamedov, Chief of the International Affairs Department, Azerbaijani Presidential Administration.

In his interview with APA news agency, Mamedov stated that Armenian-Turkish negotiations will definitely influence on the regular Armenian-Azerbaijani presidential meeting. “I cannot say whether the meeting will take place, but, it is does, the Armenian-Turkish negotiations will definitely tell on it,” he said. Mamedov also stated that the replacement of the American and Russian OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs is just mere talks.
