YEREVAN. - We, of course, hope that “healthy” forces will win in Armenia’s elections.

Chairman of the Russian State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, stated the aforementioned on Friday, after visiting the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan.

In his words, the elections are conducted and then end. “Whereas it will be necessary to build and support relations also after the elections. We stem from the fact that our relations are of strategic nature. We stem from the fact that these relations are based on the discussion of specific issues of cooperation and decision of specific problems, which disturb our peoples. And we, of course, hope that during the elections “healthy” forces will win, forces, which would like to see the development of our ties as a basis of their policy,” Volodin said.
