RA President Serzh Sargsyan received the newly appointed Russian Ambassador to Armenia Vyacheslav Kovalenko. During the meeting the President underlined that Russia is the main strategic ally and economic partner of Armenia. The bilateral relations are at the high level and much work is being done. Serzh Sargsyan assured the Ambassador he would get possible assistance of the government bodies in his work.

Vyacheslav Kovalenko pointed out he would spare no effort to develop Armenian-Russian cooperation and has a number of ideas.
