Within the framework of campaign, Yelk (Way Out) alliance on Friday visited the city of Kajaran in Armenia’s Syunik province.

Seeing the enthusiasm and positive attitude of the local residents to the alliance members, the representatives of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and “good old boys” supporting the latter tried to hinder the meeting of one of the leaders of Yelk alliance, Aram Sargsyan, with voters.

A man standing near a Niva urged those gathered to leave the area, the press-service of Republic Party, whose founder is Aram Sargsyan, informed Armenian News – NEWS.am. Apart from this, they threatened the residents with sacking them in case of their participation in the rally of Yelk alliance.

Earlier in the day, Aram Sargsyan also met with Agarak village residents. He urged them not to take bribes, thereby protecting the right of having a prosperous homeland.

The representatives of Yelk alliance will on Saturday visit Goris and Sisian towns, where they will present their program.
