YEREVAN. – One of the instability factors in the world is the change in the functions of the players (PHOTOS).

Political scientist Nikolai Zlobin, Founder and President of the Center on Global Interests in Washington, D.C., on Saturday noted the aforesaid speaking at a session, entitled “Time of Change: World in the Era of Global Unpredictability,” in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan.

“I’m beginning to believe [Karl] Marx’s theory that countries will disappear,” he noted. “We are the last generation who knows what national economy is.”

Zlobin recalled that people now hold three or four passports.

“From this viewpoint, for me Armenia is a prototype of the future,” added the political scientist. “Living in one, learning in another, and working in an entirely different country.”
