On November 15, a 4.9-magnitude earthquake hit Turkey at 1:08 a.m. local time, Cihan news agency reported. The epicenter was located at the depth of 2.5 km in Iskanderun bay, Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute at Bogazici University reported.
Earthquake caused panic among the residents of near shore regions.
