On November 19, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to relieve Armen Darbinyan from the post of Deputy Head of Armenian National Security Service at RA Government.
Under another presidential decree, Garegin Mkhitaryan was appointed to the post, RA Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.
