The daily held an interview with Vahram Atanesyan, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, NKR Parliament.

Commenting on Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s decision not to participate in NATO Summit in Lisbon, Atanesyan said the decision was a surprise to the Azerbaijani side following their reaction.

“If Azerbaijani experts consider Armenian leader’s absence in the summit went unnoticed, I think Serzh Sargsyan’s absence was notable and taken into account,” ha emphasized.

According to him, Serzh Sargsyan sent a clear signal to the international community, that prevalence of a one principle over the other is unacceptable for Armenia and the country views Karabakh conflict resolution based on three principles.
