On November 24, Coordinator Armenian National Congress (ANC) met with Norwegian Ambassador to Armenia Knut Hauge (residence-Moscow) and Embassy’s Advisor Girid Selius, ANC press service informed NEWS.am.

Armenia’s domestic policy and socio-economic situation, ways of tackling corruption, as well as democracy in the country were discussed at the meeting. Levon Zurabyan raised issues related to the release of political prisoners in Armenia, Armenia’s commitments to re-launching Ա1+ TV Channel. He stressed a necessity for Armenia to increase efforts in this direction and attached significance to Norway’s stance within international agencies. The officials also touched upon prospects for Armenia-Turkey rapprochement.
