STEPANAKERT. – President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Bako Sahakyan, on Monday received the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group Co-Chairs—Ambassadors Igor Popov of Russia, Stéphane Visconti of France, and Richard Hoagland of the United States of America—the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, and the officials accompanying them. 

The avenues for the settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict and the situation along the borders were on the agenda of their talk, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Sahakyan drew the co-chairs’ attention on the destructive policy of Azerbaijan and its numerous breaches and violations of the ceasefire and of international norms and principles, and assessed them as the key hindrances to the peace process and as major threats for maintaining peace and stability in the region.

Also, the President of Artsakh reiterated Stepanakert’s adherence to a pacific resolution of this conflict, and under the aegis of the OSCE Minsk Group.
