It is time to advance the Karabakh peace process. It cannot be considered frozen any more, President Emeritus of the OSCE PA Goran Lennnmarker told the journalists in Yerevan today

“Each year about 20 people die in the conflict zone, current situation requires certain economic and political inputs,” he noted.

Commenting on Baku’s military rhetoric, Lennnmarker stressed all should understand that peaceful resolution is a peaceful resolution without shoot-outs and hostilities. “The whole Minsk process is aimed at hindering hostilities,” he emphasized.

According to him, Europeans do not take seriously Azerbaijani leader’s statements.

“War will definitely become a catastrophe, but I do not think that it is possible to break out,” Lennnmarker said.
