On November 26, NKR President Bako Sahakyan left Los Angeles for Paris.

 

On November 27, the President met member of the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund’s Board of Trustees, director of the Fund’s local body in France Petros Terzyan, NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.

The President expressed his gratitude to the French branch of the fund and its director for organizing the 2010 phonotone in Europe. Some issues related carrying out different projects in our republic were discussed during the meeting too.

The same day NKR President participated in an annual meeting of the Union of Armenian Doctors of France.

He appreciated the long-term assistance shown to Artsakh noting the important role the union plays in developing the sphere of medicine in Artsakh. Issues related to future cooperation in the health care system in the republic were also discussed during the meeting.

On November 28, Bako Sahakyan attended a Sunday mass serviced by Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II at the Paris St. John the Baptist cathedral. 

The President also met with an entrepreneur and philanthropist Vardan Sermakes in Paris.

Issues related to carrying out different projects in Artsakh were discussed during the meeting.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in France Vigen Chitechyan, Head of the Central information department of the NKR President’s Office Davit Babayan and NKR permanent representative to France Hovhanness Gevorgyan attended the meetings.
