The BSC Business Support Center is entering the market with the Training.am brand and a website of the same name. The Center’s press service informed NEWS.am that the Training.am will present several business training services, open training courses, six-month corporate training courses aimed at resolving particular companies’ problems, coaching for managers, as well as team building and retreat measures aimed at involving the personnel in strategic planning.

Samvel Gevorgyan, BSC Business Support Center Director, pointed out private companies’ increased interest in training courses, seminars and different business training services. “Private companies are now paying more attention to personnel training and retraining. The staff costs are now viewed as investments rather than expenses,” Gevorgyan said.

The company is offering a new service, namely, interactive practical master classes, with specific examples and solutions. One of the aims of Training.am is to inform the Armenian business community of the experience and achievements of businessmen and professionals.

The Training.am website affords opportunities for opting specific training courses and receiving the relevant material by e-mail.

Established in 1994, the BSC Business Support Center renders consulting, business training and research services and publishes business literature. The center is implementing numerous programs of small and medium business development in Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Georgia, and Belarus.
