Immediately after signing the five-sided statement, Azerbaijanis again trying to speak from the position of strength, RA Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan stated in an interview with the Armenian Public TV.

So official Baku is offering its people a way of national identification that will lead to a stalemate,” Sh. Kocharyan said.
