Today Armenian issue will be discussed in Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). On September 9, Armenia will report on the course of 1677 resolution implementation at the PACE Monitoring Commission in Paris.

It is unlikely that Armenian issue will be discussed at the autumn PACE plenary session, Arman Grigoryan, Armenian National Congress (ANC) representative at PACE, told in his interview with RFE/RL Liberty radio station.

“Final agenda issues are usually scheduled at the PACE Monitoring Commission session, including whether Armenian issue will be on agenda or not. Being aware of the PACE current sentiments, I do not think Armenian issue will be discussed at the plenary session this time,” Grigoryan concluded.
