The summit of the leaders of the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) countries got underway Monday in Xiamen, China, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.
These leaders will participate in a meeting in a narrow format, during which they will discuss world economy, global economic governance, regional and international conflicts as well as national security and development.
