On December 9, Armenian Parliament adopted draft bill on amendments to the law on international agreements providing for legitimating legal relations between Armenia and unrecognized entities.

Presenting the draft bill at the National Assembly, Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan stressed that adoption of the document will not affect the Karabakh peace process. He recalled that Armenia has signed agreements with Nagorno-Karabakh but passage of the draft bull will formulate legal relations between two republics. Earlier, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, ARFD member Armen Rustamyan noted that adoption of such law places equality mark between Armenia and Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh.
