According to the information at Zhamanak daily’s disposal, Kazakhstan has put a draft resolution on UN-OSCE cooperation on the UN agenda, touching upon Karabakh conflict resolution as well. According to the information, formulations on Karabakh are unfavorable for the Armenian side. However, the Armenian authorities were informed of it only several days ago within the framework of Armenia-EU dialogue. At the moment Armenian authorities are doing their utmost to convince EU delegates, for the EU member-states to unanimously demand neutrality, if the draft is put to the vote.
