On December 9, another Armenian political prisoner Felix Gevorgyan was early released from Vardashen penitentiary under Armenian Justice Ministry.
He was met by relatives, supporters and activists of the Armenian National Congress (ANC).
Gevorgyan was arrested after March 1 events in 2008. He was sentenced to 7 years’ imprisonment.
There are still 9 political prisoners in Armenia.
